The school’s Head Boy, Goodluck Agwu, lamented the lack of electricity supply in the school. Agwu also stated that there are no security officers in the school and people walk in and out of the premises at any time.

Addressing the students at the school parade ground on Tuesday, the Nasarawa state Commissioner for Education, Aliyu Tijjani, said that government had taken measures to ensuring that the person that perpetrated this killing was brought to book.

“I want to express my profound dismay and sadness over what happened here yesterday. It is unfortunate, very very unfortunate. “As far as I am concerned, the suspect is still in police custody and his car is at the Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department. As soon as investigation is concluded, he will be charged to court,” he said.
