Governor Ortom is very funny

There was mild drama yesterday at the Workers Day celebration held at IBB Square in Makurdi when Benue State Governor Samuel Ortom touched his head as done by teachers during the March-pass.

It was his way of telling the teachers that he understands their plight. He reaffirmed the promise he made last week to give priority to payment of salaries and ensure the general welfare of workers going forward.
